The Nimb, Copenhagen

The latest attraction in Copenhagen's Tivoli Gardens "is more likely to thrill grown-ups than children", says Stephen Whitlock in Conde Nast Traveller. The Nimb hotel, which opened in May, is housed in a Moorish-style building and has 13 suites, each featuring "a mix of traditional and modern Danish design": bed linen from Geismars, toiletries from Tromborg, Green Square antiques and Bang & Olufsen TVs.
The hotel offers "a roller-coaster range of food and drink", from a gourmet restaurant and overstocked wine bar to a dairy where Zealand milk is turned into top-quality cheese. There's even a hot dog stand – albeit one where the sausage comes "on an organic brioche".
