The Harry Potter universe returns in a different guise this summer when the theatre production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child opens to the public on 30 July.

The two-part sequel, written by Jack Thorne and based on a story by author JK Rowling, starts 19 years after the franchise's final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It portrays a grown-up Harry now married to Ginny Weasley, but also features the wizard's early years as an orphan.
