YouTube has a particular soft spot for videos of dogs – shots of canines running into walls, falling over, yawning or saying 'I love you' have all shot to fame in the past. Now new footage of a young pup enjoying air conditioning has become the latest internet sensation.
The video shows a young white labrador resting its head on an air vent, ear flapping in the breeze. Unperturbed by the draft – or perhaps even enjoying it – the pup continues to doze.
Already the video, uploaded last week, has racked up over 100,000 hits on YouTube. The dog has even been christened the 'Marilyn Monroe of the puppy world' in a nod to the Hollywood starlet's famous run-in with a street vent in The Seven Year Itch. ·
