Sainsbury's reports rise in sales
Business Digest: Half-year sales continue to perform strongly
Supermarket giant Sainsbury's has reported an increase in half-year sales, saying it is continuing to perform strongly despite "challenging" trading conditions.

Sainsbury's says its online sales are also still rising strongly and that total sales were up 7 per cent for the half-year, and by 6.6 per cent for the second quarter.
