Business Digest: Nokia vows to ‘shift into high gear’ in smartphone fightback
Finnish phone giant Nokia has revealed three new smartphones - E7, C7 (above) and an updated C6 - at London's Nokia World conference in a bid to challenge the likes of Apple, Google and Blackberry.
Nokia is still by far the world's largest maker of smartphones, selling around 260,000 every day. But its market share has taken a 14 per cent dive since July 2009, according to research firm Comscore.
