Megan Fox transforms into Armani underwear model

Move over David and Victoria Beckham: ­ there's a new celebrity in town ready to strip to her designer undies for Emporio Armani and it's none other than Megan Fox, the Transformers actress voted by American readers of FHM magazine the world's sexiest woman for two years running.

The new ad campaign was unveiled today for the Emporio Armani women's underwear and Armani jeans labels.

The ads, shot by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, will start rolling out in February in magazines adverts and on billboards in London, New York, Los Angeles, Rome, Paris and Tokyo.

"Megan is young and sexy and has a lot of spirit," said Giorgio Armani, making her "the perfect choice" for the spring/summer collections.

Missing from the shots are some of the tattoos 23-year-old Fox is famous for, though the portrait of Marilyn Monroe on her right forearm is visible in several of the ads. ·
