Chelsea have just 24 hours to put together a deal for the Argentinean striker Sergio Aguero before he plays for Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday night and thus becomes cup-tied, the Sun reports. Negredo's problem is that Zaragoza don't have the £15m that Madrid are demanding for him, while KC Stadium boss Phil Brown does, and is wafting it in the direction of the Bernabeu. Whichever club Negredo ultimately goes to, his former club are sure to insert a buyback clause in the contract for the talented 23-year-old international... ·
