Emmanuel Adebayor has vowed to "make history" at Manchester City, after completing his £25m transfer from Arsenal. The striker has signed a five-year deal worth £150,000 a week to make the move to Eastlands. "It made me feel really welcome and special and I can't wait to play for City's fans and show them what I can do," Adebayor said yesterday, as he was welcomed at the club by several hundred fans. "I was born to play football and that is what I want to do. I have come here to make history for this club and those supporters.
