Manchester City and Liverpool are the two Premier League clubs out of five in total who have met the £25m valuation that Carlos Tevez's owners have put on the Argentinean international. One of the others is believed to be Real Madrid, although at the moment it is unclear whether Manchester United, the striker's current club, have met this valuation for him set by Kia Joorabchian. A move to either of their fiercest Premier League rivals would rub salt into the wound for Old Trafford fans who want to keep hold of Tevez...
