AC Milan's Brazilian ace Kaka has now been targetted by a second Manchester club - United - according to the Sun, and seems a lot keener on a move to Old Trafford than he did to Manchester City earlier this season. A source close to the player told the paper: "It was a very positive meeting [with the club], although nothing was agreed. The player wants a five-year contract and wages of £135,000 a week. He is very keen to join United." Man Utd would also have to pay the San Siro club around £70m for the player...

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has turned down an audacious bid from Bayern Munich to lure him to the Bundesliga to be their manager. The Frenchman was invited to name his price as the Bavarian giants lined him up to replace Jurgen Klinsman, but the attractions of remaining in the Premier League were too much for Wenger...

Another manager staying in the Premier League is Gianfranco Zola at West Ham, who signed a four-year deal with the east London club despite the perillous state of the club's finances.
