England winger confirms that he will leave the Riverside club whether they escape relegation from the Premier League this season or not

Stewart Downing, Middlesbrough's £10m-rated winger, will be leaving the club this summer he has admitted in an interview, citing his need to be at a bigger club to advance his England career.
