QUEEN'S UNDERWEAR UP FOR SALE
A pair of the Queen's pants has been put up for auction on eBay. The price? A princely opening bid of $3,999, says TMZ. The ivory delicates, which are embroidered with the initial 'E', currently belong to the estate of Miami playboy Joseph de Bicske Dobronyi - nicknamed 'The Baron' - who came by the briefs from a friend after Elizabeth left them on a flight to Chile in 1968. It was Joseph's dying wish to flog the pants at Hansons, but after the British auction house failed to find a bidder, Joseph's estate has plumped for an eBay sale instead.

Glitter appeared in a BBC2 repeat of Top of the Pops from 1977 at the weekend, performing his hit All Night Long, sparking outrage from viewers.
