‘I wanna curl up and die’ says Imogen of Giggs news
Ryan Giggs’ alleged affair with his sister-in-law keeps Max Clifford and his clients occupied
Imogen Thomas, the former Miss Wales whose alleged affair with footballer Ryan Giggs was exposed last month, tweeted today "I just wanna curl up and die" after learning that Giggs's sister-in-law has admitted to have been having an affair with him at the same time.
Thomas, 28, is represented by the showbiz PR man Max Clifford, who said today that she was "hurt and very upset" to have discovered that Giggs's extra-marital affair with her was not the only one he was apparently involved in.
"It's a double-edged sword for her it is horrible to find out this has been going on, but she does feel vindicated because this shows the kind of man he really is," said Clifford.
Imogen's alleged affair with Giggs was, of course, the subject of a super-injunction which had kept his name secret until Lib Dem MP John Hemming used parliamentary privilege to reveal the footballer's identity in the Commons last month.
The latest Giggs allegation comes courtesy of yesterday's News of the World, where it was claimed that Natasha, the wife of Ryan Giggs's brother Rhodri, had been involved in a secret affair with him for the past eight years.
Their affair was reportedly conducted in various Manchester hotels and in unfurnished flats to which Natasha had access in her job as an estate agent.
Today the Sun reports that Rhodri has "dumped" Natasha after learning of her "deceitful" relationship with his brother.
Ryan Giggs is understood to have taken his wife Stacey and their two children on a foreign holiday in a bid to save his marriage.
Meanwhile Max Clifford finds himself with a new client. According to the Daily Mail, Natasha is also a client now. ·
