Tabloid tales: Robert De Niro scolds 'rude' Jay Z, world's worst hotel, and Lord Pattinson?
ROBERT PATTINSON has admitted he would love to receive a knighthood. According to the Metro, the Twilight star was tweeting for Glamour magazine ahead of the London premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 and said he would love "to be a Lord or Your Eminence". But despite his lofty aspirations, the British actor also revealed he would love to trade lives for a day with "someone who works in Nandos". Continuing with his Twitter confessions, Pattinson said if he ever decided to get a tattoo he would have "a little sun round my belly button like Sisqo".
'RUDE' JAY Z IN TROUBLE WITH DE NIRO
Jay Z received a telling off from Robert De Niro at Leonardo DiCaprio's birthday party, because he did not return the actor's calls. According to the New York Post, Jay Z approached De Niro to say hello but the Godfather II star scolded Jay Z for being "rude" in front of "a roomful of celebs, including Martin Scorsese". Apparently, Jay Z had agreed to record a song for a project of De Niro's and the actor called to discuss details but the rapper never responded. Apparently Jay Z attempted to make light of the situation but even his wife Beyonce couldn't calm De Niro down. "Everyone was saying there's only one star in New York bigger and badder than Jay-Z, and that's Robert De Niro."
WORLD'S WORST HOTEL WARNS 'DON'T SUE'
Before visitors even arrive at Amsterdam's Hans Brinker Budget Hostel they are warned "not to sue" the establishment. Dubbed "the world's worst hotel", guests at Hans Brinker are treated to "thin mattresses, grotty paintwork, metal lockers and rooms without views and, until recently, beds". Hans Brinker charges around £18 a night, reports the Metro, but the website advises those wishing to stay that they "do so at their own risk and will not hold the hotel liable for food poisoning, mental breakdowns, terminal illness, lost limbs, radiation poisoning, certain diseases associated with the 18th century, plague, etc." One guest commented: "You will not be disappointed."
BRANGELINA'S KIDS THROW PIZZA
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's children love pizza so much the couple shuts down an entire restaurant so the kids can eat and "chuck food at each other". According to the Daily Mail, when the 'Brangelina' clan visits their favourite local pizza parlour in Springfield, Missouri, the children enjoy food fights and jumping on tables. The restaurant will shut down for the night if the famous family arrive and the six kids are allowed to "cause a ruckus". Brad and Angelina leave the nannies at home and "sit there and talk to one another while the children run around in circles". ·
