Award-winning pop and R&B singer Beyoncé has been dubbed 'thick' on US TV by a chat show host reports Metro.  Beyoncé was not present at the recording in which host Wendy Williams previewed an upcoming documentary on the star. Williams claimed "Beyoncé sounds like she has a fifth-grade education," a comment which provoked boos from the studio audience. Undeterred, Williams continued her attack: "Fortunately, one of the TVs in our kitchen has closed captioning so I can understand what she says – because you know Beyoncé can’t talk." Williams insisted "I’m a fan, but let’s call a spade a spade."

Hollywood star Amanda Seyfried prepared for her role as troubled 1970s porn star Linda Lovelace by watching her in the notorious blue movie Deep Throat according to The Sun. The 1972 film caused a storm of controversy for its explicit content and made an unlikely star of Lovelace. But the porn actress failed to enjoy a sustained career and died aged just 53. Seyfried stars in Lovelace and claims her research even went as far as re-enacting scenes from Deep Throat. Seyfriend said: "It’s really nice to be able to validate her in some way. She never got the validation she deserved before she died. I’m glad I did this movie."
