You can't keep a good man down, or even Charlie Sheen come to that. Fresh from being fired from his CBS show Two and a Half Men, the actor-turned-oddball is allegedly in talks with executives at the Fox TV network with a view to relaunching his small-screen career.

While the more liberal American might claim that an alliance between Sheen and Fox is a marriage made in hell, celebrity gossip site TMZ reports that the 45-year-old actor met last week with Mike Darnell and Peter Rice, president and chairman respectively of Alternative Entertainment for FOX.

Apparently the meeting lasted more than an hour during which time, according to TMZ, the trio "brainstormed" about possible projects, a mind-boggling image considering Sheen said recently: "I've got magic. I've got poetry in my fingertips. Most of the time - and this includes naps - I'm an F-18, bro. And I will destroy you in the air. I will deploy my ordinance to the ground."

As yet nothing has been decided between Fox and Sheen though the good people at Fox reportedly "liked Charlie" and hope to work with him in the future. For the moment, however, Sheen has his hands full preparing for a nationwide tour that opens in Detroit on April 2.

Entitled 'My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Show', the five-week, 21-date tour takes in cities such as Chicago, Cleveland, New York, Houston and San Francisco, and tickets are already selling fast with the first two venues sold out within minutes.

Sheen promises he'll use the tour to tell America "the real story from the Warlock" and adds: "If you’re winning I’ll see you there. Trolls need not apply - you suffer from Sheenish envy." Each show will last approximately 75 minutes and consist of Sheen "doing comedy in a chair", for which he’ll receive an estimated $7m in total.

Two people who will be with Sheen every step of the way will be his gorgeous goddesses Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly. TMZ says the pair will accompany Sheen on his private jet as he flies across America though they won't be displaying their wares on stage with the actor. Apparently Kenly (a busty blonde bombshell) and Olson (also a busty blonde bombshell) will cater to Sheen’s every whim backstage to ensure he’s in peak condition throughout the tour.

Sheen has vowed to donate $1 from every ticket sold for the tour to the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund, an admirable gesture from a man whose disasters tend to be man-made as opposed to natural.
