Lohan and Hilton offered £1m to get in boxing ring

Promoter tempts warring socialites with $500,000 each to fight one another

Heavyweight Hollywood socialites Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton have been offered almost a million dollars to do battle for the title of undisputed queen of the party scene - in the boxing ring.

Damon Feldman, of the somewhat dubious sounding Hollywood Boxing Federation, is the man agitating for the bout between the two friends. The girls fell out in 2006 when Hilton accused the Mean Girls actress of using her to boost her career, with Hilton's entourage famously labelling Lohan a "firecrotch".

They appeared to have made up a year later when they were photographed kissing each other at a Hollywood party and Lohan was apparently caught on film about to inject herself with heroin.

Feldman says he will donate the proceeds of the possible fight to anti-drink and drugs causes, which he claims would be close to both women's hearts. They have been implicated in drug scandals, convicted of drink-drive offences and have spent time in prison.

"We're calling it the battle of the bad girls of Hollywood," Feldman told RadarOnline.com. "This is a perfect way for the two ladies to give back."

He has organised previous bouts between minor celebs including one involving Lohan's father, which he won. However, Feldman’s recent attempts to lure Will Smith, star of the 2001 biopic Ali, into the ring with The Fighter actor Mark Wahlberg, failed.

Feldman’s latest plan would involve the two starlets, who would get $500,000 each, going toe to toe over three one-minute rounds while wearing "big pillow-sized boxing gloves".

It might not sound that competitive, but the two women would probably throw more punches than Audley Harrison managed against David Haye in November. ·
