Actress Billie Piper is to return to Doctor Who, reprising her role as the Doctor's companion, Rose Tyler. She will star in three episodes of the new series of the sci-fi drama, which starts in March next year... Dennis Hopper, a painter and art collector as well as an actor,  is to present this year's Turner Prize at Monday's ceremony at the Tate Liverpool.
