London Fashion Week: stellar cast for Vivienne Westwood show
The paparazzi descended on the Natural History Museum to catch a glimpse of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who came to support Brazilian label, Issa. Dressed in slinky Issa mini dresses, the royal fans took their places along with actress Emilia Fox and front row regular Tamsin Egerton.
Lazy and luxurious peasant smocks contrasted with sharp cocktail suits in designer Danielle Helayel’s collection and Naomi Campbell, managing a fifth day in a row without hitting anyone, appeared in a surprise finale in a white, low-cut Grecian gown.
Last night's hot ticket was for Vivienne Westwood's Red Label show in Earls Court with summery draped dresses and edgy tailored pieces. The audience included Joely Richardson, Jaime Winstone, Emma Watson (above, from left) Kate Moss, Dita von Teese and Pamela Anderson. The Baywatch star, popping out of her gold mini dress, was accompanied by a masked friend who was rumoured to be Michael Jackson.
Friday is the last day of London shows before the fashion pack jets off to Milan on Saturday. So sunglasses on, red bull at the ready, it’s time for the final day of fashion week and all eyes are on new designer Josh Goot - tipped as the next big thing by British Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman. ·
