Pitt and Aniston caught in agent’s legal row

Brad Pitt and his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston have been dragged into an unseemly court case involving their agent. Todd Shemarya, co-founder of Todd Shemarya Associates, has been accused by his former assistant Heather Devlin of sexual harassment – she says, among other things, that Shemarya forced her to take dictation while he sat naked in the bath and exposed her to computer porn - including a woman with a horse.

However what has excited Hollywood is Devlin’s evidence to a Los Angeles court that Shemarya repeatedly insulted his clients, stole gifts that had been sent to them and discussed their private parts. He is alleged to have shown Devlin photos of a nude Pitt from a banned 1997 issue of Playgirl and "ridiculed the size of the actor's penis." He is also said to have called Pitt a "fag" because of his "extensive enthusiasm for clothes and architecture." He allegedly eferred to Aniston, one the stars of the US sitcom Friends, as "an ugly bitch."

And, according to Devlin, he wasn't much nicer to his other clients. He is said to have been disgusted that Djimon Hounsou was dating Kimora Lee Simmons, saying the actress was a "cheap dirty whore". It was also claimed that Shemarya gave "preferential treatment" to "gay men who slept with him". Devlin says that she was sacked after nine years, months after the agent hired his gay lover and gave him some of her accounts.

Shemarya denies all. "These are false accusations. This is a disgruntled employee who I fired about a year ago. And now she's trying to extort money."
