Thierry Henry, the former Arsenal striker and French international, is reported to have reached a $10m divorce settlement with his ex-wife, Claire Merry (pictured with Henry). Their marriage ended when Merry, who is English, discovered a number of romantic text messages to another woman on the footballer's mobile phone……… The pop singer Boy George has been found guilty of falsely imprisoning a male escort. The singer, whose real name is George O'Dowd, shackled Audun Carlsen, 29, to his bed at his flat in Shoreditch, east London, on April 28 last year after accusing him of tampering with his computer. George will not be sentenced until January 16…………The Manhattan apartment in which the actor Heath Ledger died of an accidental overdose in January is proving impossible to let, according to the New York Post………..Coldplay’s nomination for seven Grammys will be overshadowed by a legal action brought against the band by the guitarist Joe Satriani, who has accused Chris Martin and co of plagiarising the song Viva La Vida. Satriani's copyright infringement suit, filed on Thursday in Los Angeles federal court, claims the song incorporates "substantial original portions" of his 2004 instrumental If I Could Fly…………BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles has apologised for comments he made on his show that appeared to link Polish women with prostitution. Moyles had told listeners to his Radio 1 show: "I've always found in my experience prostitutes make very good cleaners, and their ironing, brilliant. I just find if you're Polish you're just very good at ironing...and prostitutes (they're) very good also at fixing cars"..............
