Tory leader David Cameron (left) returned to work today for the first time since the death of his son, Ivan. He and wife Samantha (right) have received some 11,500 messages of condolence from the public and 10 party officials have been working full-time for the past 12 days sending replies........... A puppy belonging to US domestic goddess and former jailbird Martha Stewart has been killed in a propane explosion at a northeastern Pennsylvania kennel. The dog, a chow called Genghis Khan, was one of 15 dogs killed in the explosion at the weekend............ Tracey Emin has described fellow White Cube artist Antony Gormley’s plan for the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square, which involves members of the public standing on it, as "ridiculous". She told the London Evening Standard: "Actually I think the most beautiful choice is to keep it [the plinth] empty"............ Madonna is expected in a New York court tomorrow to ratify an agreement already thrashed out in London with ex-husband Guy Ritchie over the living arrangements of their two sons. Details of the arrangements - kept secret under English law - are expected to be made public............ ·
