Kabul shrine suicide bomb
Mushtaq Hossain, the man in charge of the Shia Muslim Abul Fazl Shrine, shouts after a suicide bomber blew himself up during Ashura celebrations. At least 48 people were killed in the explosion in central Kabul, which is thought to have been carried out by the Taliban.
