A scene of devastation in Port-au-Prince, capital of Haiti, where at least 50,000 are thought to have died in this week's earthquake. International aid has begun to arrive at the airport but tension is mounting on the streets as it takes time to trickle down to the people who need it. This morning, there was little sign of food, fresh water and drugs getting through.
