Beatles to Bowie, a new exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery, explores the pop music personalities who turned the capital into 'Swinging London' in the 1960s. Through the lenses of leading photographers of the time such as David Bailey and Robert Whitaker, we are able to see for ourselves the changes in the style of pop imagery through this decade of momentous social change.
