Now 52, she was Karl Lagerfeld's muse when he worked at Chanel during the 1980s, but the pair fell out after she allowed her likeness to be used for a bust of La Marianne, symbol of the French Republic. She posed naked for a recent edition of 'Madame Figaro' but is best known today as an ambassador for the legendary French shoe company, Roger Vivier.
