Lady Penelope rides again

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem – now her partner in real life - in Bigas Luna's 1992 film 'Jamon Jamon'. She was only 17, starring her in her first film, and Bardem was 23. The comedy became an international hit and launched both of their careers. They were reunited on the set of Woody Allen’s 2008 film 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona', for which she won an Oscar - and there have been unconfirmed rumours that the couple are engaged and that Cruz is pregnant.
