Fashion pour homme

Here we have a fashion photography exhibition that comes slightly out of leftfield. For a start, it is all about men (male models, male photographers and men's fashion) which, coming from such a female-centric industry, makes quite a change. But also, rather than being dedicated to a photographer, designer or model, 'When You're a Boy' celebrates the oft-ignored stylist, in this case Simon Foxton. Foxton has spent the last 30 years styling beautiful boys for magazines such as i-D and Arena, and challenging our received notions of masculinity in the process. In so doing, he has proven that men's fashion can - if you have the balls - be just as playful, imaginative and daring as women's.
