THE PROJECT: Bodegas Protos; THE ARCHITECTS: Rogers Stirk Harbour Partners. A wine co-operative in north-western Spain, with views of medieval Penafiel castle. The same architects have also been shortlisted for a cancer care centre in west London (see page 5).
