Rich and fabulous

In a wilful attempt to ignore the current economic quagmire that we're in, this exhibition exclusively celebrates wealth, fame, glamour and excess. Getty images have rifled through their archives to create 'Fabulous' - a crop of images depicting the stylishly self-assured, the languidly elegant and the nonchalantly effete: Faye Dunaway, for example (Oscar Ennui, 1977, above), looking thoroughly bored by her Oscar-win of the night before; Joan Collins reclining in her sugary-pink boudoir with her candy-floss poodle, and Hugh Hefner doing a not-so-hard day's work surrounded by Playboy bunnies. Depending on your viewpoint, it's either enjoyable escapism from all the job losses and penny-pinching, or an infuriating reminder of the life we can't have.
