Capa’s frontline
Refugees of the Spanish Civil War on the road from Barcelona to the French border in 1939. For most of the duration of the civil war, Capa shuttled between the Spanish frontline and Paris. His lover at the time, Gerda Taro, was also photographing the war but she was crushed to death by a tank in 1937
