The Johnson family have a lot to celebrate these days. Last night it was the new London Mayor Boris's little sister Rachel who hogged the limelight at the launch of her new chick-lit offering Shire Hell. Publisher Penguin laid on the drinks at its offices on the Strand for the author, fellow writer Plum Sykes and BBC presenter Emily Maitlis.
