Some of Britain's top thespians gathered at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane last night for the theatre industry's most prestigious annual love-in – the Laurence Olivier Awards. Faces both fresh and familiar turned up including Gillian Anderson, Patrick Stewart (who took home the best supporting actor gong for his turn as Claudius in the RSC's Hamlet), burgeoning film star Dominic Cooper and man-of-the-moment James Corden, plus Hollywood A-lister and artistic director of the Old Vic, Kevin Spacey (above with Andrea Corr).
