Canon Lucy Winkett, pictured with Baroness Thatcher, is the 44-year-old Rector of St James's Piccadilly. She has also been tipped to become one of the church's first bishops and when she was serving as Precentor at St Paul’s Cathedral The Times called her “one of the most impressive clergy in the Anglican Communion”.
