The nude form will always cause controversy but I find it refreshing to see a photographer willing to take candid pictures of a human's true form without botox, silicone or air brushing being involved. Within mainstream media, all we see as a society is what is deemed beautiful I.E Skeletal and surgically enhanced. Within these pictures Kander had caught the beauty of the human form as it would seem normally. Its imperfections are its true perfection
