BULGARIA, TUESDAY: Moments after being shot outside Sofia's Supreme Court, drug lord Zlatko 'the Beret' Ivanov is carried to safety by his bodyguards. A 'spectacular' shootout took place on the court's grand front steps as Ivanov arrived for an appeal.
