It is only 39 days since the end of the 2014-15 football season but preparations for the new campaign are already well underway, with Premier League superstars back in training and touring the globe to appease sponsors and fans in far flung countries.
And before the serious business gets underway next month there are appearances in such hallowed tournaments as the Barclays Asia Trophy and the International Champions Cup to negotiate.
