UK Youth

Working in partnership with a national network of youth associations and delivering access to innovative learning programmes

LAST UPDATED AT 11:23 ON Fri 2 Nov 2012

With more than one million young people out of work, 2012 is an especially tough time to be trying to make your way in the world. Working in partnership with a national network of youth associations, UK Youth develops, promotes and delivers access to innovative learning programmes beyond mainstream education for 750,000 young people each year. Our aim is to enable young people all over the UK to raise their aspirations, realise their potential and have their achievements recognised. For more than 100 years we have been supporting future generations, and today UK Youth focuses on encouraging 10 to 25-year-olds to take responsibility for their actions and become involved citizens.
