Goalkeeper Tim Howard scores freak goal

A blustery night at Goodison Park saw Everton’s goalkeeper Tim Howard knock a freak goal past his opposite number, Bolton’s Adam Bogdan.

Howard didn't celebrate the goal, only the fourth scored by a goalkeeper in the Premiership, out of respect for Bogdan saying "It's not a nice place to be, I've been there before - a long, long time ago".

Howard’s goal put Everton ahead, only to see Bolton rally to claim a 2-1 win.
