Michael Jackson’s will is filed as memorial plans are switched to Los Angeles sports stadium
Marv Johnson's 'Come to Me' was Tamla Motown’s first release. Originally called Tamla, the label was set up by impresario Berry Gordy with a loan of $800 from his family. He later added Motown, nickname of his home town Detroit, also known as the Motor City.
