This show tells a compelling story about the most intellectual of the Pop Artists

Derek Boshier is a name from 1960s Pop Art whose work always continues to be of interest. These paintings could (at first, lazy glance) be placed somewhere in an ongoing tradition that includes Patrick Caulfield, Michael Craig-Martin and Julian Opie - but Boshier's are naughtier and less tidy. Conceptually they're different too; more about the world and what's in it, rather than the reductive sensibilities of the others.
