RICKY PONTING, Australia: The Aussie skipper led from the front as his side crushed England 5-0 in the last Ashes series to reclaim the famous urn. He averaged 82 with the bat as he erased the bitter memories of 2005. This will be Ponting's seventh Ashes series and his third as captain - if he performs well he will cement his place alongside other legends of these contests.
