SAMSUNG will unveil its hotly-anticipated Galaxy S4 handset at a lavish ceremony in New York tonight, but videos claiming to show the new phone's most exciting features have been posted online.

The videos show features including Floating Touch, SmartPause, the new unlock screen and the S4's new web browsing experience, says TechCrunch

Floating Touch allows users to get information by "hovering a finger" over the phone's surface rather than touching it. Tech Crunch says the new phone also appears to "track full hand gestures", although "there's some question about how useful it'll be in everyday applications".

SmartPause is part of the eye-tracking technology that has been widely discussed ahead of tonight's launch. It automatically pauses a video playback if the user looks away from the screen. "It will be useful if you're watching something on your mobile device and get interrupted by a pesky co-worker asking you to actually do something related to your job," says Tech Crunch.
