Stars were setting trends in LA last night with show-stopping sequins and embellished tulle
Hollywood's biggest stars were in Los Angeles for the Golden Globes last night, with all eyes on the red carpet for the latest fashion trends.
La La Land's female lead Emma Stone wore a tulle dress covered in stars by Maison Valentino for the ceremony, where she picked up the Best Actress in a Musical award.
Others such as Kristen Bell, Amy Adams and Ruth Negga opted for sequins. Negga, who was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture for her role in Loving, shimmered in Louis Vuitton. The actress has been "knocking every single red carpet look out of the park" this season and last night "she didn't disappoint", says Harper's Bazaar.
Yellow and gold were popular colours among Hollywood's finest, as well as pale pink and monochrome.
Former pageant queen Olivia Culpo turned up in a stunning Zuhair Murad dress, which was black with intricate beaded flowers.
