Euro 2020 fixtures and TV guide: which games are on BBC and ITV?

The UK’s two major broadcasters will split live coverage of the tournament 

The Uefa European Championship will get underway on Friday 11 June with the opening match in Rome and a month later the final will be played at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday 11 July. 

UK broadcasters the BBC and ITV will share television coverage of the major tournament. Group game TV coverage is confirmed but the knockout phases will be decided at a later date. The BBC will have first and second picks in both the round of 16 and quarter-finals. ITV will have first pick for the semi-finals. Both broadcasters will show the final.

There are six groups (A to F) and the top two teams will qualify for the round of 16, plus the four best third-placed teams. All times below are BST.
