Surgeon gives court testimony ‘during operation’

A Californian plastic surgeon is in trouble after he attended a virtual court hearing while operating on a patient. According to the Sacramento Bee, Dr Scott Green was in an operating room and wearing surgical scrubs as he gave evidence. Beeps of medical machinery could be heard during the Zoom call. The Medical Board of California says it is investigating the incident.

Cocaine found in crochet kit

A Seattle woman who bought a crochet kit at a second-hand shop later discovered a kilogram of cocaine inside. On opening the kit, she found a package with an “odd odour” that was encased in yellow rubber with “100%” scrawled on the outside. Days earlier, parents in Arizona bought their child a toy glow worm at a thrift shop and found it contained 5,000 pills suspected to be fentanyl.

Boys expelled because of mum’s Only Fans account

A California mother says that her three boys were expelled from their school because of her account on the adult website OnlyFans. Crystal Jackson says one of the dads from Sacred Heart Parish School found the OnlyFans page and some of the mothers demanded her three sons be expelled. “Their whole strategy from day one was, ‘I’m gonna take you down,’” she said.
