Woman can urinate booze

A US woman can naturally urinate alcohol due to an arguably fortunate medical phenomenon. Medics say the 61-year-old from Pennsylvania has a unique condition that means alcohol naturally brews in her bladder due to the fermentation of yeast. Experts say they will call the condition “bladder fermentation syndrome” or “urinary auto-brewery syndrome”.

Scrap breaks out at Mrs Sri Lanka ceremony

Police in Sri Lanka have arrested the reigning Mrs World after an onstage melee. Caroline Jurie, who won the Mrs World 2020 competition, was accused of hurting Pushpika De Silva, who won the Mrs Sri Lanka title at a televised pageant held in Colombo on Sunday. De Silva had snatched the crown from Jurie, saying she was ineligible to win because she was divorced.

Man calls cops on dinosaur parents

A mother has lashed out at the “idiot” who called the police because she and some friends had dressed as dinosaurs to entertain their kids. Samantha Clarkson and five pals were socially distancing as they pranced around in 7ft-tall inflatable costumes, when a man asked the group if they had a permit to be there. He then reported them to the police. “We had no choice but to leave because we didn’t want to risk getting arrested, although watching the police chase six dinosaurs would have been funny,” said Clarkson.
