Time travellers share dramatic predictions on TikTok

A group of self-proclaimed time travellers have shared their predictions for the coming months. Posting on TikTok, one said that there will be a destructive “great wave” this summer. Another, who travelled as far ahead as the year 2582, said: “On October 6, 2021, we will discover a creature unlike any other. It will be the most dangerous creature.” A third said that within months some humans will gain “superpowers” from the Sun, which give them the power to teleport, fly and manipulate the weather.

Man finds time capsule

A man has found a time capsule from the 1970s hidden in the walls of his pub. Toby Brett, who owns Holcombe Farmshop and Kitchen in Radstock, made the discovery while renovating the 200-year-old building. The time capsule included a price list from 1971, a few pounds of ha'ppenies, stamps, a wage slip, old beer mats and car tax discs. “It was a really pleasant find,” said Brett.

Woman goes on naked rampage

A woman has been arrested after going on a naked rampage in a Florida steakhouse. She was charged with aggravated battery after being found naked and hurling bottles of booze inside an Outback and Mojo Grill near Silver Springs. It was discovered she had a possible fentanyl patch on her public area. Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid that is similar to morphine but is 50 to 100 times more potent.
