A “large naked Scottish man” flashed Joe Biden as he passed the man’s house in his motorcade, a reporter has revealed. The US president was travelling from Edinburgh to Glasgow to the Cop26 summit when the man took a picture of the motorcade while in the nude. In response to the incident, the BBC’s Jon Sopel tweeted: “Welcome to Scotland, Mr President.”
