Researchers say hip hop makes cheese taste nicer

Swiss scientists have concluded that exposing cheese to round-the-clock music could enhance its flavour. The Bern University of Arts researchers exposed cheeses to various genres and found that hip hop does a better job than Mozart. “The hip hop sample topped the list of all cheese exposed to music in terms of fruitiness,” said one.
